REGIONAL PODS
As a campaign, Rent Strike Bargain is focused on promoting local self-determination for renters. Regional Pods, or Regional Accountability Pods (RAPs), are one of the ways we act on that. RAPs are the renter-lead seed organizations for starting new tenant unions across BC. Pods exist as a space for members within regional zones to meet, organize, and hold each other accountable to knock on doors, educate our neighbours and organize our communities. For places where a tenant union already exists, Pods instead doorknock & volunteer with their local union, share RSB's priorities & event schedules and help get workers who rent signed up with their local tenant union.
Pods help renters build power & take more control of their housing.

Burnaby

Fraser Valley

New West

North Shore

Richmond-Delta
